Two questions please:
How can I email my entire calendar in MS Outlook to a colleague?
Will he need MS Outlook on his computer to open the calendar or can any other program be used?
Any help welcome.

Not an answer I'm afraid. That is a terrible price for XP home SP3 on your link. A few months ago I paid just a little over £60 delivered free.

I guess you're referring to the Windows XP home "Link"...

That's not a link that sajeev has provided... it's an advert on this site generated by the codeword "Windows XP Home" in the post...

And I suspect what your referring to is the £220 Note that's for 3, not just for one!

(Sorry I don't have an answer for you sajeev!)

Simsy

If you back up your Outlook calendar you can then e-mail the backup file to him and he should be able to import that file into his Outlook using this method:

1. On the Outlook File menu click Import and Export
2. Click Import from another file or program and then click Next
3. Click Personal Folder File (.pst) and then click Next
4. In the File import box, specify the path and file name of the .pst file you want to import
5. Choose one of the following:
· Replace duplicates with items imported
· Allow duplicates to be created
· Do not import duplicate items
6. Follow the remaining instructions in the Import and Export Wizard

Be careful which method you choose at (5) so that your calendar item don't overwrite your friend's items.

If you are running Outlook 2007 and you just wish your colleague to view your calendar then you can save your calendar as a webpage then send that to your colleague.

  Woolwell 13:10 06 Apr 09

ps you have to select a range of dates when saving.

Thanks Clapton and Woolwell.
I have archived the Calendar folder on my desktop as a .pst file. However when I email it, windows says it cannot open it.
How do I proceed now?
Thanks
