Cache voice

Using IE and I keep, but randomly, getting a voice telling me how to clear the cache on IE. This is driving me nuts as I cannot turn it off and it doesn't stop even after clearing the cache. How do you get rid of it. Simple answers please.

This is a Google Search/tool bar problem and the last time I looked there was not a solution apart from uninstalling the Google bar. Which is what I had to do on one of my PC's when it started to happen.

If you Google your query for all I know it might have been sorted by now.
