Cable, Internet and Phone all bad

I have Comcast Triple Play which includes phone service, Cable TV and HSI. Last Sunday our cable TV kept having blackouts which last about 2 seconds quite regularly as well as the screen was pixelated. Our Internet was up and down and our phone would not work when the internet would burp. A Tech came Friday and installed some new lines, new splitter, etc and the speeds were great, everything worked until Yesterday where once again we saw the same thing as last Sunday.

I went out this week and installed a Motorola signal booster and better splitter and still the problem persisted throughtout the day yesterday. Today, Monday, everything is back to normal. They are sending a Tech again today, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on the problem.

The problem is the cable supplier need to get there act together.

If you are getting bad TV quality & phone problem, your broadband signal will also be poor, all you can do is call the cable company an complain loud.
