Buying a new Hard Drive

I am planning to build a new pc using the new designer shuttle XPC's. The Shuttle SN41G2 model specification says the IDE interface is ATA 133.

Here's the question.

Could I buy an ATA 100 hard disk and use it in the SN41G2?

Please can you help? I really need to find this out.

Yes, they are backward compatible.

As above it will simply run at the slightly slower ATA 100 speed.
