Buying advice, which is better

If you had to choose between the following two laptops which would you have, any why? (both the same price)

If I had the choice... the Sony.

Why... because although I have zero experience of Samsung computer products I have had plenty of experience of other Samsung consumer equipment (as a technician) and find it often flawed, buggy, problematic with no fixes...and with poor technical backup.

And Sony... again I have no experience of Sony PC's but have much experience working on Sony gear. So that would swing it for me.
