need to get some data onto cd's but sonic since l had pc repaired has gone, is there something like it at a reasonable price.
Also can you tell me what would be the best external storage so l can get later

There isn't much point spending money on Nero, if you just want to burn CDs, many freeware programs match Nero's burning abilities, try:

CDBurnerXP Pro (despite the name works with most versions of Windows and also burns DVDs)

I am just finishing with some classes so they have to go on a disc as the others areare so it keeeps them together but l need a outside usb storage and l would love to know which you think is best and not expensive,

thanks for this, my pc l bought in march 2005 so it should have sp2 l think, but is there ayway to find out then l will know which program to use as there is three versians,

If you right click on the My Computer icon on the Desktop?Properties>General tab it will reveal if you have SP2. It's 99.9 per cent certain you do as SP2 was released in August 2004.
