Burning recorded TV to DVD

I've got a lot of TV programmes recorded with Vista Media Centre that I want to burn to DVD, but burning from within Media Centre means that I can only fit a couple of hours on a DVD. What's the best format to convert to to allow me to fit 4/5 hours worth onto a DVD without losing too much quality? I have a copy of the new version of Nero - is it better to try and burn using this?

I think the problem is that tv programmes are recorded in dvr-ms format and few programmes work with it. Suggest you look at Sonic and Cucusoft sites for more info.

have a look at nero vision
