I have a full length film on my desktop that I'm trying to burn to disc, using Windows Media Player. However I can't see any burn option there when I right click. Can anyone advise please?

You cannot burn with media player

What file format is it in?

Are you trying to burn it to a blank DVD disk so it can be played in a standard DVD player? G

>>You cannot burn with media player>>

Of course you can - check out WMP11's Help pages...:-)

It probably isn't the solution in this case though.

Fruit Bat is right. I.e. if it's standard XP & WMP 11 (or below), & that's what my first thought was too.

Media Center will do it I think in XP MC, Vista & Win7. G

Sorry guys, didn't get an email notification of your replies...thanks very much. It's in the Matroska File format...and I've also got Roxio installed.

Thanks john bunyan I'll download that now. By the way, I'm not getting emails informing me that there's a response to my post...anyone else the same?

I'm having the same problem of no e-mail notification of responses.
