burn vista with nero 6

tried to copy vista to a new dvd r it says unable to burn a bootable dvd over 2gb.

then tried copy as data it said insert the correct disc.

which options in nero 6 do i use please.

1. Open Nero
2. Close the "Type" option (where it asks what type of disc you wish to make)
3. Click the "Open" option
4. Select the iso image
5. Start burning

Still lost I open nero start smart but cannot find the "type" or "open" options?

perhaps i need an idiots step by step guide.

tried new disc and used burn data is this the correct option.

Open smart start

choose dvd as disk type

then "copy and backup"

then "burn image to disk"

Choose the file and burn it

Burning it as a data file is unlikely to make it bootable I think.
