Building New PC - Worth It?

I'm thinking of putting this PC together myself:

Gigabyte GA-EG41MF-US2H Micro ATX Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50GHz
4GB Corsair DDR2 RAM @ 800MHz
NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT 1GB
500GB SATA HDD @ 7200RPM
Atrix 720W PSU

Total cost: £379.92

I don't want to use it for anything extreme, so this will suit me perfectly.

My question is, however, are the components worth it at that price?

What do you call extreme? the spec' is quite high, you could do it a lot cheaper if it is just for an every day PC.

Not sure about your PSU, I cannot find much on it,but what I have seen ,is not particularly good.
