Building new PC - PSU?

These are the specifications that I'm planning:
Athlon XP 2500+ Barton
256MB DDR RAM
Abit NF7-M
Single HDD
Single Optical Drive
Floppy Disk Drive

Future upgrades might include:
Graphics Card
Additional 256MB RAM (using Dual DDR)
Additional Optical Drive

Try going for a 400watt PSU when using AMD processors and hefty gfx cards... or even one that specifically says AMD compatible

i got a 2500+ and it is good.in this months computer buyer magazine they have a test of 6 pc,s and one a"demonite overx32cb" uses a 2500+ overclocked to 3200+,with a 3 year warranty.it came out top,and VERY fast,and stable,i am not recommending clocking it,but it is interesting as to how versitile the 2500+ is.peter.

Then buy a good quality Unit, my 350w ernemax is great, nice and quiet and doesnt struggle at all.....
