I'm not a gamer but if I was to build a gaming rig it would be in an ATX case with an Atx mobo. Ease of installing hardware. I would also buy the mobo with compatible CPU and ram as a bundle . The SSD as C drive is ok but the second drive I would use a 7200RPM 64MB cache drive instead of a hybrid, but I state again I'm not a gamer.

Best of luck to you anyway but you might find a better response from the Games forum.

Hybrid Drives are designed to be tthe Primary Drive, so no point but go for the fastest rotation you can get.

  lorbas 22:29 30 Dec 15

Ok guys,as my primary will be SSD i'll swap that hybrid drive.

That what i was aware of that mobo as i didn't find overcloking features in description. So Z87 then.I was considering i5, 100 quids less aswell.

  lorbas 22:53 30 Dec 15

What if i stick with that gaming mobo and use non K CPU like i7 4790 or i5 4690?

  lorbas 23:30 30 Dec 15

You are right, spend that £100(almost) CPU difference on GTX 980. I'll think about it.

Mephisto is that mobo Z97 like - Gigabyte Z97N Gaming 5 Mini-ITX Motherboard with Intel Z97 Chipset combatible with i5 4690k or i74790k?
