BtOpenzone overrides my ISP connection.

Since two months whenever my computer is started up it connects to BTOpenzone. I then have to disconnect and connect to my isp - not BT-before I can send or receive any messages.

I have previously followed the instructions via Control Panel for deleting unwanted connections but I cannot rid myself of BT Openzone in this way which infuriatingly reappears at the top of the list and is therefore connected by default. I have never requested or used Openzone What can I do? Complain to Ofcom? Advice appreciated. I am using Vista. Montse.
