BTopenworld nethelp

having recently upgraded to broadband the nethelp programme was installed during the process. It now runs for the "first time" each time i power up and connect to the internet. has anyone else got this problem or any ideas on how to resolve it. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and removed it from startup menu.

Why not contact the nethelp people, I've always found them very helpful.

They've already suggested the procedures I've carried out and have no further suggestions.

I have this problem as well, now that we've upgraded, and it is irritating the family beyond all reason. Did anybody ever come up with an answer?
