Bthomehub Limited connectivity

I have a vista laptop and have a bt homehub it was working fine untill today when i turned it on it wont work via wireless its now saying there is limited connectivity and wont connect to the internet.

If you have Version 1.0 of the HomeHub this is fairly common - you need to reset the hub, to do this just disconnect the Hub's Power, then wait 10-15 seconds then reconnect the Power to the Hub - then give it time, usually about 2 mins, for all the lights to settle down. You should then be able to continue as normal. I would also ask BT for Version 1.5, you should be able to get one FOC.

If you have Version 1.5 all you need to do to reset the Hub is press and hold the re-start button at bottom right of the Hub - though it is rare for Version 1.5 to need re-setting.

PS - Version 1.0 has a flap covering the connection ports on the rear of the Hub.

Version 1.5 does not have this flap.
