Amazon Fire HD 8 review: A brilliant combination of function and value – with one massive caveat
Hi. Hope someone can help.
I am currently trying to connect to BT Openworld Webmail
but keep receiving the error message:
Your account has closed itself or "timed out" for security purposes
This happens when you haven't used the BT Openworld webmail application for 30 minutes but have remained logged on. Please log in again.
Tip: Make sure you save a draft of your email before leaving your computer for more than 30 minutes.
The BT Openworld Webmail application requires cookies to be enabled.
Cookies are enabled and so I know that this is not the problem.
Before receiving the message above I also made note of the following error, which appears for only a brief second:
500 Servlet Exception
I emailed BT support, but they haven't been able to resolve the issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.
is pretty recent. I'll just give it a day or so, see if anything happens.
I am a longtime user of BT
Normally I download my messages through Outlook Express but when abroad I use the BT WebMail.
In the top left hand corner of home page there are
Sign In My Account Email Help
Are you clicking on the email?
If so I recommend you sign in first - see the Welcome Barry sign (thats me) then click on the email button.
