Like cant get BT set set up from the word go.
various ways to do this
2. From the supplied CD-where it states IE6 is required and wont go further until I upgrade -
I have IE7 - does this mean I have 'downgrade'?

Mysterious password words are required by FireFox
Maste rPassword for software security.
This is a FireFox thing and checking the tools box I have not got that feature installed.
The BT Online help keeps telling me to download then open or save- done that - lots' but still it wont open-- As for POP3 accounts - Grrr.
The 40Mb Web is blistering fast but the Webmail and Email client are being problematical to set up.

Only found out about BT infinity yesterday, but contacting BT about procuring Infinity it will not be available to my area until January. Currently I am on Option 1 and get 12MB with 10GB limit/month and moving to Infinity will cost me another £10/month. I think that the extra £10/month is too much for what you gain. cooment?
