I am trying to log into the Homehub, and was under the impression that the password and username were both "admin", yet this isnt working for me.
Any ideas what the problem is?

. . . is usually the number on the back of the home hub.

You can either load the software and connect via cable (for the first time) and when set up, connect wirelessly, or just Connect To and enter the password off the back.

That's my limited experience last week . . . .

The password is not on the back of the Hub - that number is the wireless Key.

The hub does not use/need passwords, nor does it need the software from the CD to be loaded.

Once connected, you will be prompted for a username and password.

* Username: The default username is 'admin' (lowercase)
* Password: The default password is either 'admin' (for software before v6.2.6E), or for later versions, the password is your unique Home Hub serial number (either on the sticker on the back or underneath the hub after the 'S/N:' bit).

Once you've logged on, you'll see the main configuration screen.

I've figured it out, someone had already set a password, so it was admin and the password.
