BT Home Hub is naff

The last few months I have been using my new home hub from bt. However I have been experiencing random freezing and disconnecting of the internet. In these cases all 3 lights on the router freeze and does not allow reconnection unless I unplug and then re-plug in the power. The router also randomly cuts off the connection completely, resulting in both the ‘Broadband’ and ‘Internet’ lights going out. This also requires disconnecting and reconnecting of the power switch.

I use the internet for Counter-strike but it even cuts out while I am sufing the net.

Please help, before I make a huge complaint to Bt about how naff it is.

I get exactly the same problems....Plus it's supposed to be between 2-8 kdps, i'm lucky if i get 1.3 kbps at anytime.

yeah I hear you on that it is really irratating. I am surprised they dont lower the charges since you never get what you are the speed you are mean to.
