BT Home Hub

I no longer use my bt home hub for my wireless internet, i only use it as a telephone now (o2 deal was faster and better). The problem i have now is that the wireless is still on the homehub, the manual gives a password of admin and user admin to change settings but this does not work.

Your password should be on a label on the back of the BT Home Hub (an 8 digit figure)

Failing that you should have a password which you selected yourself when placing your order for BT Broadband and it should be in an email confirmation sent to you by BT - which you should have printed out.

Check your emails from BT - (I hope you saved it) This confirmation would confim your details, telephone number, order number, which service you had opted for,and charges.

If you reset the Hub it will return it to factory settings, then the default username and password can be used again.
