Hi all, help needed please i have just recieved a new BT home hub the black one to replace my old white one, i have been told by BT that it will be a straight swap, can any one please tell me if this is the case, or is there some things i need toknow, the reason for the change is that i have PS3 and i am always losing connection and get the same code 8002A548. thanks for any help

This will be a straight swap. I had something similar a couple of years ago. The new unit will be more reliable.

It will be "Straight Swap" but you will need to re register it using the new Admin Password and Wireless key on the back of the hub.

Thank you for your help, will have a go tonight, thu might have a issue with password if asked for as i forgot it not good, once again thanh you

You shouldn't have an issue with your Password, when you re register it will ask for a new one.
