BT e-mails - Keep getting Error

I recently moved from o2 to BT Infinity. Quite often I receive an error message that e-mails could not be sent/received.. I use Windows Live Mail for my e-mail accounts.

I have checked the settings and whereas before it would be POP3.btinternet.com and SMTP.btinternet.com the settings keep reverting to mail.btinternet.com on both incoming and outgoing.

Can anyone please confirm what these settings should be.

Found a BT Users forum and it looks like other people are having problems in that the BT email server has been down.

It would appear I should use mail.btinternet.com on both incoming and outgoing. Are there any readers of PC Advisor who use BT as their ISP and are having problems with their e-mails?
