BT Connection Kit

I got an email purportedly from BT last night and like an idiot, I opened the attachment BT Connection Kit. I'm not sure what it is, (but it isn't from BT).
It's now sitting in C:\Windows\System 32 and I just can't delete the blighter. When I right click and try to delete I'm told access is denied blah, blah, blah. Same happens when I try to drag the file over to the recycle bin.
Any ideas out there?

Cheers BRM
