Describe your setup, kench, router involved? Does it connect okay if wired to the router? How far from the router have you tried the wireless connection? OS on laptop? Are there other computers connecting to the same network, if so, how, wireless, wired?

you could try running internet explorer with no add ons to see if one of them is causing problems.

First thing I would do is get your hands on a USB Wireless Adapter, maybe borrow one from a mate, see if the connection improves using that. Does the problem occurr when you try to connect to another wireless signal, maybe at a mate's house for example?

Try Resetting the BT Home Hub using the little Reset Button on the side.
That will put it back to factory defaults.
