Hello people, I wonder if anyone can help me. I'm getting a browser re-directer sending me to http://www.somoto.com/271/%7BEC1435A5-6086-445D-9CCA-1CF322896665%7D instead of the normal www.google.com

Needless to say, this is of great inconvenience. I run a legit version of Win 7, Zonealarms firewall, NOD32 av.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance

Wulfrune

Download the proper version of Hitman Pro and see what it finds or the free version of MHitman Proalwarebytes.

Try this, Download and update Superantispyware, free version. sas . On installing don't let it protect your homepage just yet, you can change the setting later. In safe mode check in programs and features for any unknown toolbars and delete. Still in safe mode run a full SAS scan then delete all it finds. In SAS go to preferences, Hi-Jack Protection tab and type Google's url or whatever the url was for your original homepage. Tick the first two boxes. Reboot to normal mode and run Malwarebytes. MBAM free.
