Browser Problem

I normally use Mozilla Firefox as my browser, but it seems to have been taken over by something called conduit search we seems to have slowed up everything. Can anyone tell me what this is and how do I get back to Firefox. Thanks in anticipation. Regards Carper

Sorry that did not work for some reason.


Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."

Click the "Uninstall a Program" link under the Programs section.

Select "Conduit Toolbar" from the list of currently installed programs, and click "Uninstall." Click "Yes" to confirm your choice.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, click the "Firefox" menu, select "Add-Ons" and choose the "Extensions" tab.

Click "Conduit Toolbar" and select "Remove." Restart your Web browser.

If nothing else works delete Firefox then reinstall it.But only if no other solutions.

It may be better to create a new profile than uninstall and reinstall.
