Browser Problem

  Declanworld 01:03 26 Apr 07

When I click on a video link on a BBC News page, the video should open in a new window and the original page should stay as it was.

However, I'm finding that the original page switches to video mode also.

Any ideas?

Start, Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced then click on Restore Defaults. I think that should rectify your problem.

Tried that, comrade but no joy, alas. Any other ideas?

If you're using Java for Video Streaming that could be the problem, try re-installing Java or update your Java see if that works.

Thnaks again - no joy with the Java solution either, I'm afraid.

That's what I'll do in future, Technotiger. Thanks to you and Diversion.
