Browser flicks between maximised and full screen

My browser (Both IE and Firefox) automatically flicks between maximised (or minimised) and full screen (i.e. F11) The only way I can get it to stop is to hammer escape or F11. I use a logitech wireless keyboard and sometimes if I press the 'connect' button on the back then the problem is temporarily solved, but not always and never for very long.

I have tried replacing the batteries but this has made no difference. Any ideas? Its driving me insane!

Could be a sticking button, has anything been spilt on the keyboard? Switch it off, turn it up side down and give it a few positive thumbs to clean out any debris. An air duster or vacuum cleaner can also be deployed. Do you have a wired keyboard so you can see if it happens with that?

could be wireless mouse being too sensitive and a knock on the desk may do it,

PS I have a logitec Optical wireless mouse and it jump scroll's up down just a bit not far
