Help Please - I am getting broadband shortly and my question is - If I installed the software on both my main computer and my laptop can I then unplug the usb modem from one computer and plug it into the other? I do not wish to network the computers just yet. Thanks

yes you can...I have tried this and it works really well...so yes you can have the software installed on both machines and swap the modem from one to the other...

If you get a crossover cable from Maplins etc and network your machines which will no doubt already have network cards fitted you can have BB on both machins at the same time, provided that your main computer is switched on as the server. That is the cheap option.
