Broadband router

My sky broadband Netgear router giving problems. When I enable it, it enables but says that there is no connectivity or limited connectivity.
This happens quite a lot. When i unplug it & enable it again , it works but the line drops after a while.

Anyone has similar problem sorted out?

With the old Netgear router, I used to unplug it & re-plug it before enabling again, that worked albeit same intermittant problem.

So solution is to get it replaced with a new one from SKY.
