I and many others have a reconized problem with a SpeedTouch 330 modem which constanly disconnects from the internet, due to an incompatibilty with via/ali/sis mobo chipset click here Checking with a PC World techie, he as recommended that I fit and install a Belkin Desktop Network 32bit PCI Card [F5D5000uk], which he states should solve the problem of the constant disconnections that are occuring.

What do you think!!.

i am not sure how a Desktop Network 32bit PCI Card will help. we had a problem where the internet kept on disconnecting it was a lack of RAM but this was different it was a dial-up.ill see what else i could do. ben
