Broadband and DACS (telephone line splitter)

I have ordered ADSL from ZEN, but I already know that I have a DACS on my phone line, which would need to be removed. My question is has anyone else had problems with BT not removing this device? I might be worrying about nothing and should just be patient, but i've got this nasty feeling they might not be obliged to remove it if its too much hassle for them. Anyone with any bad experiences?

I have no experience of this, but I think that once BT have accepted the contract from ZEN, they then have the responsibility to enable the connection from you to their exchange. That is what I understand the setup fee to be for.

Yes . BT will remove the Dcs and ensure you will get BB. I had the same and it all works fine now!
