I am planning on getting broadband but which do viewers think is the best package with a budget of £15 and I have been told when I do online checks with my phone number and postcode that I can only receive 1M/B broadband on my phone line.

As there is so many, is there any I shouldnt consider!

Does anyone think it is worth paying the extra for Claranet, who has been my ISP for 6 reliable years or would you advise going for something like tiscali who have high costing support phone calls.

You are more likely to get a response to your question by starting a new thread of your own rather than 'hijacking' Need4Speed's thread.

The best idea is to ask your neighbours who they use and if they are happy. The quality of each ISPs' BB can vary from area to area. It is highly unlikely that you will need customer support with BB as there is nothing much to go wrong and there is always this forum.
