I've got 2 computers and I want them both using broadband. I've got a USB modem on 1 of them downstairs. I want to know if I can use another modem on the pc upstairs and plug into a different phone socket. Also can I use them both at the same time? I am using 2 telephones in the house and as I understand it you can have a maximum of 4 connections per phoneline.

You can providing both sockets are the same number. You can only be on BB singly and not both computers together. If you want to use Bb on both computers at the same time you will need a router.
