Break out of iFrames

My website has 50+ pages so to avoid having to update every single page when I add somthing to the links bar I have it in an iFrame. My problem comes when a user logs in. The form for login is in the iFrame so the ASP page is show in the iFrame. The iFrame is about 60px high so its not much use. Is there some code I could add to the user page to break it out of the iFrame? I have tried a Javascript break frames script but it doesnt work.
