Bootup with PC CARD CDROM

I want to install an OS on my laptop which has a CD drive connected through cardbus,when i booted using an installation disk the CD drive wasnt detected,i installed the drivers for the card and the detection of the drive successed BUT there were an error saying not enough memory loaded,
this was the Config.sys used:

PLZ any ideas how to solve this,or any good config.sys(file) for the PC CARD CD drive.
