bootcfg / rebuild

Hi i have some problems with a pc after a restore and i ran amongst other things 'bootcfg /rebuild.

Each time i start up it comes up where i have to select which operating system the new one or the old one. I have since found they both work and would like to remove the new one, is there anyway to do this?

Right-click My Computer, Properties, Advanced Tab, Startup and Recovery at the bottom then Settings, Edit the Boot.ini to remove the one you don't want.

If they are on two HDD you have to have the C drive present as that's where Boot.ini resides. If both OSs are on the C drive you will be OK.
