Bootable DVD? Not working - Linux Suse

  GibsonSt19 12:46 11 Dec 04

Hi there, I have a cope of Linux Suse on a rivals mags' coverdisk, however I just can't get it to beoot to be able to install the OS.

All other bootable discs of mine seem to work fine, but this just isn't recognised.

My mobo is a Giga-byte 7NNXP, so I was wondering if this was capable of allowing a boot from DVD.

Whaddya think?

Is it a Iso or is it one of the programs on the CD. As you normally have to create the disc's from the Iso's to boot from with a CD writer and NERO, In Nero you have to knock the first page of to get to the main page, then go to file\Burn Image then point it to the Iso that you are going to burn, you are also better first copying to your hard drive the Iso from the CD
