boot manager is missing.

As I have been having so many problems with my new mother board I decided to reformat my HDD, now when I start up my pc it says boot manager is missing press ctrl-alt-del, My windows disk is in the drive but but no option to boot from CD, boot order is ide master drive then ide slave drive, both drives work when I put in another HDD with windows on wish I stuck with my old PC now.

You need to go into the BIOS and set the CD/DVD drive before the hard drive in the Boot Device sequence.

It was set for my dvd read/writer first then my dvd reader second then sata third. So I disabled both dvd drives the rebooted that enabled them again but this time my dvd reader first then reader/writer drive next and that seems to have done the trick.
