The ALT refers to an alternative download site so ignore it. When you click on the chosen version (I don`t know which one you need) you will get the option to download to your hard drive. If memory serves me correctly you then double click the file in explorer and the program will then ask you for a floppy to be inserted in your A drive and it copies the files to it for you.

For information about how to create a Windows 98 Startup disk using the Add/Remove Programs tool, click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type startup, and then double-click the "Startup Disk" topic. (Just copied this from microsofts help topics)

Good Luck!

98 SE oem is the one. Download to the desktop (save). Once on the desktop, double click on it, pop a floppy in, and bob's your uncle.
