For some reason I cannot access the BMW UK Website on my Laptop. It is click here I have tried IE7 and Firefox but it won't load. All the other countries sites work. In IE7 it said something about changing proxy settings when I selected 'Diagnose Connection Problems' No explanation with Firefox.
This is what it said in IE7

Then it says : 'Web Proxy' is not set up to establish a connection on port '9100' on this computer. It works with Netscape. I would like it to work with Firefox, IE7, Netscape and Opera.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems
