Bluetooth with POP3 emails

I download my POP3 emails from a server using my laptop and mobile phone and bluetooth. Everything is fine until there is an email on the server with a large attachment. To download this is prohibitive in terms of time and cost. Is there software that will allow me to preview the emails before downloading then I can delete junk emails and keep large emails on the server.

Thank you

I only know if you navigate to you ISP web site then log directly into email from there then you can view emails without downloading them onto your PC.
