Bluescreen after Windows starts

I am getting a bluescreen after windows starts with the following messages:-
STOP: 0x0000009E (0xC0000005, 0xB7E41B50, 0x9F04DBA8, 0x00000000)
PCD5SVRC,pkms - Address B7E41B50 base at B7E3F000, datestamp 46a53580
On restart error message reads:-
BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : B7E41B50 BCP3 : 9F04DBA8
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1
Only action taken so far - updated drivers for graphics card
Can anyone help me with this please?

Unfortunately I am not high tech enough to understand what to do about it, and there doesn't seem to be a solution in the link.
It reads:
Bug Check 0x9E: USER_MODE_HEALTH_MONITOR
The USER_MODE_HEALTH_MONITOR bug check has a value of 0x0000009E. This indicates that one or more critical user-mode components failed to satisfy a health check.
Parameters
The following parameters are displayed on the blue screen.
Parameter Description
1 The process that failed to satisfy a health check within the configured timeout
2 The health monitoring timeout, in seconds
3 Reserved
4 Reserved

If it is possible that I can resolve the issue myself I really would like to try, and I would be very grateful if anyone can help me further.
