blue sreen error

hi there i need help i keep getting a blue screen error when start up desktop pc . it says there was a problem with CLFS.sys , i know it the hard drive because ive tryed a diff hard drive. plus i have used a program called HDD regenerator that help find errors and fix errors in hard drives, but it says there is no errors in the hard drive . plus i cant even get into the windows 7 main system , it gets to the windows logo then goes blue screen then restarts and does the same with safe mode . so any tips please . tryed reinstalling windows but still same while installing get blue screen. is there a way around this from the start of pc . or a software to get so it format the drive from start up

Had similar prob today with Viao laptop and Vista . Managed to get into system repair ( pressed F8 ) , and windows managed to repair enough to get system started . Then copied any files I wanted then did factory restore . just finished all updates about 30 mins ago !
