We need more info.. what version of IE and Windows are you using?? PC spec would also be helpful.. have you searched MS Knowledge Base??

yes ive searched knowledge base i know its down to driver for graphics but to get ms assistance its gonna cost me and cant afford it and ive tried every possible driver from both leadtek and nvidia and all cause instability

There are some good beta drivers click here.

But before using new Nvidia drivers remove the old ones first...use Add/Remove Programs and do not reboot then go to Device Manager and uninstall the video card. Now reboot then load the drivers.
