Hi

I thought someone may be able to shed some light on what happened today. I was using my pc to update some software on my Nokia phone and was connected to Nokia Ovi Suite, my phone was connected via a USB cable and then all of a sudden I get a blue screen (sorry didn't note what it said - silly I know)! I restart the pc and all is fine, I then get this message that says WINDOWS HAS RECOVERED FROM AN UNEXPECTED SHUTDOWN and this message:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000007e
BCP1: C0000005
BCP2: 8FAFA269
BCP3: 8C95B9FC
BCP4: 8C95B6F8
OS Version: 6_0_6002
Service Pack: 2_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini010611-01.dmp
C:\Users\Sarah\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-78016-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Users\Sarah\AppData\Local\Temp\WER4A29.tmp.version.txt

Does anyone have any idea what caused this to happen and should I be concerned? If it was the Nokia phone I was only updating it for the last time as I have a new phone and am selling it, so if it is to do with that hopefully it won't happen again :-) The blue screen scares me though!

Thanks
dinks

This is related to VGA card drivers so there may have been some conflict between your phone and them...
If you have rebooted and all is well i would suggest leaving it like it is...
