I have a new monitor Belq 2400 it ws working ok then the screen went blue and I cannot recover the situation It is the monitor because I plugged in the old monitor and it works ok,any ideas?

Any error message on the screen?

If not:

Plug in the old monitor

Go to display settings

Drop the screen resoloution down to 1024 x 768

Drop the refresh rate down to 60HZ

Try the new monitor again.

You can then discover it's maximum settings from the display control panel.
