You may get more help if you give more info; like what o/s you are using and more on your PCs spec.....

You could also try putting this question into the 'helproom' forum.

Plus, for starters have a look here:

Hope this helps.

E-mail reply:

blue screen only appeared when downloading from internet eg film or music especially from kaaza or just crash.driver_irql_not_less_or_equal..etc stop:0x000000D1(0x00000000,0x000000FF,0x00000000)error signature BC CODE:d1 BCP100000000 BCP2000000FF BCP3:00000000 BCP4:00000000 OSVer:5_1 2600 SP:1_0 product:768_1

Please post all replies to the forum as there maybe others, who may also help if they understand the problem.

Firstly; I do not support the use of KaaZa/imesh for the download of music and films (copyright)but what you do on your PC is down to you.

I would remove KaaZa; see if this removes the problem, also run a updated Virus check. Plus have a read here:

Just incase the link fails:

http: // remove the space after : and after //

You may have a memory problem?

Hope this helps.

The problem has'nt resolved, we still couldnt find "stop: 0x000000D1(0x00000000, 0x0000000FF etc

I did remove Kazaa etc. But when ever we download if its off email or other ftp programs the computer will still instantly stop and get a blue screen.

Well.. I checked through the list and couldnt find "0x0000000FF"
Is it possible for you to show a link to the the help address.
