Blocking senders in Outlook 2002

My partner and I have different email addresses on the same domain from our ISP. Using Outlook Express on our two computers we have each written message rules to block the download of messages destined for the other. Right messages go to right inboxes = everybody happy.

Now I have upgraded my computer and use OUTLOOK 2002 for my emails but I find that it does not provide message rules to block the download of emails with a specific email address. Result, I dowload all the emails and she is left with none.

I am surprised that OUTLOOK 2002 has lesser functionality than Outlook Express. Can anyone advise how to block the download of a specified email address in OUTLOOK 2002?
