Blank screen on start up

  churchillknight 15:16 30 Jul 09

When I start up my PC the monitor does not display. The screen is powered on. However, if I turn off the PC and start up around 4 to 5 times, suddenly the screen will display the picture. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatfully received. Thanks.

Will it go strait to BIOS if you press the correct key or does it still hang?
